Day 5: 2nd June 2007, Saturday

*Accompanied photos to text in bold below

Bright morning. Foggy night.

Did the washing this morning. Went out to have lunch after that but first headed out for a walk around Traralgon for a walk with Aunt K’s cousin Susan. Lunched at a place called ‘Cargo’ across the road from the Traralgon Post Office. Mum and I shared a big bowl of chicken pasta. Aunt K’s other cousin, Jane, brought her mum along for lunch. After that, all of us traveled out to Cowwar Art Space for a bit of tea and sight-seeing. One of the artists who is also the curator, lives there. There was an old piano which I practiced on. It seriously needed tuning!!! By the time we left, it was already 5p.m. Jane and her mum left first because her mum had to be back at the nursing home where she lives. The three of us went to a picnic place near a lake before making a turn back as Aunt K wanted to show us the damage done by the fires in the area some time ago. We sent Susan home first. It was already 5.25p.m by the time we got ‘home’. Had an almost quick dinner of toast (for the adults) and leftover chicken macroni for me before heading out to the 7p.m Sunset Mass. Met Mrs. P there and then, after mass, we went to her place for some tea and chat. Got back at only 11p.m. Gosh! I am tired.
